There a bit of everything motorsport wise over the weekend for all to enjoy.
On Saturday 18th April 2026, Bolton le Moors car club are having their Bolton Midday Touring assembly around Lancashire. Joining the tour are club members Ron and Kathleen Beecroft in the Mercedes SL400 AMG.
Also on Saturday, Longton DMC are holding their Doran Moor Memorial Sprint at Angelsey Circuit. Competing from the club is Peter House in the Aston Martin Vantage GT4.
Further north on Saturday, there is the Kielder Forest Rally. Competing from the club are Nick Dobson and Phil Sandham in the Ford Escort Mk2; David Dobson and Graham Wild in the Opel Manta; Steve Ward and John Millington in the Ford Escort Mk2.
On Sunday, Hereford Motor Club are hosting the Scutchditch Wood BTRDA Sporting Trial near Titley. Competing from the club and Simon and Matt Kingsley in the Crossle.
More locally York MC monthly autotest is being held on Sunday at Acaster. Competing from the club are Ian Priestley in the MX5; Neil Raven in the MX5; Sue Sutcliffe in the Vauxhall Corsa; Andy Pullan in the Peugeot 205 GT; Gary and Mandy Ross in the Ford Ka; Stephen Waddington in the Hyundai i10.
Next Wednesday is car comps at 8pm at Guiseley Cricket Club. Its open to all to attend and contribute and it would be good to see some new faces so do come along.
