We have been asked to help and run Westruther Stage on the Saturday and a stage in the Ayton area on Sunday. Plenty of marshals are required to help as this is a closed road rally and is a fantastic event. If you can help please contact Geoff Balls on 07974 373367. There is also the option of camping nearby too if enough people are interested.

The Ilkley Jubilee Historic Rally will be running on Sunday the 11th of September 2022. Organised by Ilkley and District Motor Club, the event will once again be centered on the military ranges near Catterick Garrison. The Saturday afternoon Scrutineering will be close to Junction 51 of the A1 at Leeming Bar. We have new start and finish venues in the Dales market town of Leyburn which is much closer to the ranges to keep the route more compact and allowing the use of some interesting roads which don’t usually see Historic Rally Cars. The event will use OS maps 92,98 and 99. There will be 8 special test and 9 regularities, three of those on the ranges. The navigation will be presented in the usual mix of formats, with the majority in the ‘ready to go’ style. There will be at least one plot and bash section, but it will be kept relatively simple. The special Tests will be a mixture of gravel and concrete. A Clubmans class will be offered to allow those who do not possess an Interclub license to compete. Entries are expected to open early July and information will be made available via the club Website and facebook page.

Clerk of Course on the evening is Leon Humphries and John Harris is Event secretary. Entries secretary is Karen Humphries - All entries must be made online via MCM.
