Organised by Ilkley and District Motor Club, the
event will once be a qualifying round of the Historic
Rally Car Clubmans Rally Championship.
The Saturday afternoon Scrutineering will be close
to Junction 51 of the A1 at Leeming Bar. We have
new start and finish venues in the Dales market
town of Leyburn which is much closer to the new
test sites to keep the route more compact and
allowing the use of some interesting roads which
don’t usually see Historic Rally Cars. The event will
use OS maps 92, 98 and 99.
There will be 9 special test and 6 regularities, The
navigation will be presented in the usual mix of
formats, with the majority in the ‘ready to go’ style.
There will be at least one plot and bash section, but
it will be kept relatively simple. The special Tests
will be a mixture of gravel and concrete.
A Clubmans class will be offered to allow those who
do not possess an Interclub license to compete.
