PRIZE PRESENTATION.

Thank you for supporting the 2024 Awards Presentation which is being held from 7pm on Saturday 25 January 2025 at Otley Golf Club, West Bust Lane, Otley, LS21 3NG.

Below is the menu. We hope that you join us to enjoy an evening celebrating the achievements of club members.

Starters

Pate – Chicken livers blended with Whisky and shallots, served with baby leaf salad, caramelised onions and toasted bread

Stuffed Mushroom – Large flat mushroom stuffed with stilton, topped with tarragon breadcrumbs, served with garlic mayonnaise (V)

Vegetable soup – A hearty mix of seasonal vegetables, smoothly creamed with a hint of spice (V)

Mains

Salmon – Lemon, dill and coarse grain mustard salmon fillet, asparagus spears, served with a warm hollandaise sauce

Roast Beef – Roast rump of 28 day matured beef with Yorkshire pudding, watercress and thyme gravy

Vegetable Wellington – Chunky beetroot and butternut squash in a sweet and sharp balsamic chutney wrapped in a golden baked puff pastry lattice with short crust pastry base (V)

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Desserts

Fruit Crumble – Apples and berries, topped with a cinnamon crumble served with lashings custard

Banoffee Cheesecake – Crushed buttered chocolate digestive biscuits, soft toffee and pecan base, light cheese and vanilla filling, topped with bananas and chocolate

Cheese and biscuits – Selection of cheeses and biscuits with celery, grapes, and fruit chutney
